Bureau Prayagraj. The police has started the investigation process in the case registered against Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati. Meanwhile, while speaking publicly, Shankaracharya has raised many questions. He has specifically raised questions about the alleged CD which is being mentioned in the case.
Speaking to the media in Varanasi, he said that if the police takes any action to arrest him, he will not oppose it and will fully cooperate. He said, “The public is watching everything, lies eventually come to light. If not today or tomorrow, the truth will come out.” He also said that he was within reach of the media and cameras and was not avoiding any kind of scrutiny.
Referring to Prayagraj, Shankaracharya said that CCTV cameras are installed everywhere there. According to him, these cameras were installed so that any incident could be monitored from the war room and everything could be recorded. He said that his bus was not parked inside his camp because he had not gone to the camp following the alleged strictness of the police. In such a situation, according to him, whatever happened would have been recorded in CCTV.
He also clarified that the boys being mentioned never came to his Gurukul nor studied there. He said that they were students of a school in Hardoi, as evidenced by their mark sheets submitted in the case. He raised the question that when those students had no connection with their place, then how could they be accused of any kind of incident.
There is said to be an alleged CD in the case. Responding to this, Shankaracharya asked that if there is such a CD, then why is it not being made public. According to him, such claims are creating confusion. He said that answers to all these questions should emerge in the coming days.
During his statement he also said that some people are trying to harm Sanatan Dharma by wearing religious costumes. His allegation was that some people were working against Hindus by claiming to be Hindus.
