In the most recent encounter between Zimbabwe and cricketing giant Australia, the African nation beat the Kangroos by 23 runs causing a major upset.

Zimbabwe stunned the world with their performance as they registered a convincing victory against the tournament favourites.

Batting first, Zimbabwe set a target of 170 in the Premadasa Stadium, Colombo lead by Brian Bennett’s unbeaten 64, who scored his 10th T20I fifty.

Chasing the target in the second inning, Australia were bowled out for 146 despite Matt Renshaw’s 66.
