HCMC draw crowds for Halloween celebrations

Thousands of people dressed as demons and other characters gathered at Nguyen Hue and Bui Vien pedestrian streets in Ho Chi Minh City and Hang Ma Street in Hanoi to celebrate Halloween on Thursday night.
