Why were Tamil-Telugu shows canceled?

The paid preview shows of Aditya Dhar directed Dhurandhar: The Revenge were scheduled to begin on March 18. But, dubbing in Tamil and Telugu languages could not be completed on time, due to which these shows had to be canceled at the last moment in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu. Theaters said that this step was taken keeping in mind the quality of the film and the audience experience. At the same time, the premiere shows of the Hindi version will continue as scheduled.

For viewers who had already booked tickets for Tamil and Telugu shows, theaters have immediately started the refund process. The theater management also apologized to the fans for this inconvenience. Theaters say that they will complete the process of refunding money to all ticket holders as soon as possible. Along with this, viewers have been requested to contact their booking channel for ticket cancellation information and refund process.

Premiere shows of Hindi version will continue

Hindi speaking audiences will be able to enjoy the film at the scheduled time. Paid preview shows will start from March 18 evening and the film will be released across the country from March 19. There has been no change in the shows of the Hindi version. Advance booking for the preview shows of this film is breaking records. Already 17.18 lakh tickets have been sold and the gross earnings from the premiere shows are estimated to be Rs 47.91 crore.

This cancellation is a big blow for Tamil and Telugu speaking audiences. Even before the release of the film, the excited audience was ready to experience the paid preview. But due to delay in dubbing he could not get this opportunity. The makers of the film have clarified that the shows in these languages will be rescheduled once the dubbing of the Tamil and Telugu versions is completed.
