Tamil Thalaivas beat Bengaluru Bulls with the help of Himanshu's Super 10.

Mumbai Mumbai. Tamil Thalaivas performed brilliantly against Bengaluru Bulls, winning by the score of 42-32 at the Badminton Hall of Balewadi Sports Complex in PKL Season 11 on Sunday, registering their eighth win of the season. Himanshu completed the Super 10 and with good support from Moeen Shafaghi they defeated the bottom placed team despite Sushil's 15-point game.

The start of the game was not very action-packed as the raiders of both the teams did not perform well from the beginning. Moeen Shafaghi opened the scoring, while Partick made his first tackle of the evening. The defense was on top in the early exchanges as Amir Hossein Bastami got into the action with a tackle of his own.

Sushil registered the first successful raid for Bengaluru Bulls, and Partick also got off to a good start on the defensive end. Amir Hossein Bastami responded with a successful tackle on a do-or-die raid, followed by a raid by Moeen Shafaghi to level the score at 4-4. Sushil's super raid gave Bengaluru Bulls a three-point lead before Tamil Thalaivas made a comeback to take an 8-7 lead after the first timeout.

Moeen Shafaghi continued his good form at the attacking end for Tamil Thalaivas, while Sushil did the same for Bengaluru Bulls. Nitin Raval's tackles gave them the lead again, as the defensive units continued to be on top. Abhishek Manokaran's super tackle helped Tamil Thalaivas to level the score at 12-12, before they ended the first half with a modest one-point lead, taking the scoreline to 14-13.

Himanshu made the first raid of the second half, but Pardeep Narwal soon leveled the score with a two-point raid. Sai Prasad put Tamil Thalaivas back in front with a few raids and received support from Abhishek Manokaran, who made the first successful tackle of the first half. Another successful tackle by Ashish helped Tamil Thalaivas take a four-point lead.

Sushil got the scoreboard moving for Bengaluru Bulls with a successful do-or-die raid and received support from Naveen as he produced a super tackle that helped his team reduce the deficit to two points. However, the pair of Himanshu and Moeen Shafaghi ensured that Tamil Thalaivas restored their four-point lead, taking the score to 23-19 in the closing stages of the game.

Amir Hossein Bastami helped his team bowl out Bengaluru Bulls, creating some difference between the two sides. Himanshu extended the lead to 10 points with another super raid, leaving Bengaluru Bulls with three players on the mat. Sushil showed some spirit and registered his Super 10 to keep his team in the game.

However, there was no respite for Bengaluru Bulls as they suffered another all out giving their opponents a lead of twelve points. Moeen Shafaghi scored 100 raid points this season and there were about five minutes left in the match, but the winning streak had already started.

Pradeep Narwal secured a two-figure raid and Sushil kept his foot on the pedal as he looked to take his opponents ahead in the game. Ultimately, Tamil Thalaivas came out on top in this encounter with the score of 42-32 as Himanshu completed his Super 10 and performed brilliantly for his team with 13 points.
