Easy way to make tandoori tea without tandoor

First of all, place the clay pot on direct gas flame and heat it thoroughly from all sides, until it starts appearing light red. This step gives Tandoori tea its special taste.

Now add water, milk, ginger and cardamom in a pan and boil. Add tea leaves in it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally add sugar and filter the tea.

On the other hand, burn a piece of coal on the gas until it turns red. Place this coal inside the hot Kulhar and pour ghee on top. This will produce strong smoke, which will give a smoky flavor to the tea. Amidst this smoke, immediately pour hot tea into the kulhar.

Keep these things in mind for perfect taste

The hotter the kulhar is, the better the tea will be.

Be careful while adding coal.

If you like more smoke, you can cover the kulhar for 10-15 seconds before pouring the tea.
