Tata Kuno EV entry fixed at Rs 8 lakh, will get long range package, can compete with Creta and Nexon

Tata Electric Car: Considering the situation of petrol and diesel in the country, the demand for electric cars is increasing rapidly in the Indian auto market. It is being claimed in the reports that this new sub-4 meter electric car can enter the market by the end of 2027 or the beginning of 2028. Whose expected price will be around Rs 8 lakh to Rs 12 lakh (on-road).

Tata Kuno will target city users

According to the information, it is being said that Tata Kuno is being designed especially for daily use in cities. Many new electric SUVs of Tata are being prepared on this. It is also being said that this car can be an entry-level model in Tata’s electric lineup. However, if it is launched in Nexon’s segment, then the sales of Nexon EV may be affected in the long run.

Features are less but there will be no shortage of essential things

This new EV will be launched at a low price but despite this, Tata is going to provide necessary modern features in it. Let us tell you that features like digital driver display, touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, USB Type-C port, ADAS and 6 airbags can be seen in the car. It is worth knowing that the official information about the battery pack of this model has not been revealed yet but it is expected to get 24kWh and 30kWh battery pack. Which can give better range especially in cities with 30kWh battery.
