Tata's fleet of 3100 electric buses operating in 10 major cities of the country has so far collectively covered a distance of 25 crore kilometers. This distance is equivalent to approximately 6200 revolutions of the Earth. Tata Motors' electric buses cover an average distance of 200 kilometers per day. These buses have helped in reducing approximately 1.4 lakh tonnes of CO2 emissions so far. This has had a direct impact on reducing air pollution and making the environment safe.
