Bengaluru, December 9, 2025: Tata Motors India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer unveiled a diverse portfolio of advanced solutions at Excon 2025, South Asia’s premier construction equipment exhibition, with which the company plans to support the country’s rapidly expanding infrastructure and construction sector. Adhering to its theme ‘Productivity Unleashed’, the company has launched a range of heavy-duty, future-ready vehicles designed to enhance operational efficiency and fleet profitability. Leading the launch is Tata Motors’ most powerful Tripper Prima 3540.K Autoshift, designed for applications in deep mining. Along with this, the all-electric Prima E.28K and India’s first factory-fitted CNG tipper Signa 2820.TK CNG were also launched. It is also accompanied by a comprehensive display of aggregates such as industrial engines, axles and gensets, further reinforcing Tata Motors’ commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Launching commercial vehicles at Xcall 2025, Tata Motors Limited’s Trucks Division Vice President and Business Head Shri. Rajesh Kaul said, “Excon is an important platform for Tata Motors to showcase advanced engineering and customer-centric solutions. We are introducing these solutions to support India’s growing construction and deep mining sectors. Tata Motors also unveiled a wide range of aggregates backed by robust engineering and rigorous verification. Designed for reliable, long-term performance, these aggregates support a variety of applications in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Tata Motors showcases commercial vehicles

• Tata Prima 3540.K Autoshift: Powered by a Cummins 8.5 liter engine that delivers 375 HP and 1800 Nm of torque for mining operations with superior fuel efficiency and reliability. A 12-speed AMT in this one ensures smooth performance, along with a premium cabin and advanced safety features for challenging heavy-haulage applications.
• Prima E.28K: This 28-tonne battery-electric tipper is designed for high-uptime, zero-emissions applications in shallow mining, mineral transport, bulk cargo and port applications.
• Cigna 2820.TK CNG: India’s first factory-fitted CNG tipper in the 28-tonne category offers low TCO and high profitability, making it suitable for sustainable construction operations.
• Signa 4832.TK: The country’s first 48-tonne, 5-axle tipper is equipped with a 32m³ load body, designed for transporting coal, ensuring high payload per trip.
• Prima 3532.TK: The Prima 3532.TK with the largest volume load body in the segment at 26m³ is suitable for surface transportation of aggregates in construction.
• Prima E.55S: A battery-electric prime mover designed to decarbonize logistics operations. Offering a range of around 350 km, this prime mover has a traction motor with a 3-speed e-axle, which offers quality grade-ability and performance.

Aggregates and Gensets

• Tata Motors Gensets: Newly introduced are the 15 kVA and 35 kVA gensets, designed on efficient engines, as well as the standard 125 kVA for various applications.
• Tata Motors Industrial Engines: CEV BS V -certified engines designed for backhoe loaders, self-loading concrete mixers and other construction equipment. the
• Tata Motors Live Axles: Designed for durability, high load-bearing capacity and reliable performance in challenging duty cycles.
• Tata Motors Trailer Axles & Components: Dominant ranges include trailer axles, after-treatment and urea systems for easy integration with prime movers.
