According to LKP Securities brokerage firm, demand for domestic commercial vehicles is expected to grow in the second half and is expected to be supported by the company's recently launched new cars. Company got new contract
Tata Motors Limited has recently received a contract for 1,297 bus chassis from Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. Tata Motors said in a statement that this is the third big contract the company has received from UPSRTC in a year. The company has received contracts for more than 3,500 units. Tata Motors Company's LPO 1618 diesel bus chassis is specially designed for travel between cities and long distances.
Tata Motors' November sales figures
Tata Motors' total sales increased to 74,753 units in November, from 74,172 units in the same month last year. Domestic total sales rose 1 percent to 73,246 units in November 2024 from 72,647 units in November 2023. Total passenger vehicle sales, including electric vehicles, increased by 2 percent to 47,117 units in November 2024.
