New Tata Punch Shiny Car Launched In The Budget Of The Poor, With 30Kmpl Mileage And Luxury Features For Just 6 Lakhs

The Tata Punch, one of the most popular compact SUVs in India, is expected to get a major facelift in 2025. Since its launch in 2021, the Punch has sold more than 2.02 lakh units in 2024, making it the best-selling car in India for that year.

New Tata Punch Design and Features

The 2025 facelift is going to bring a number of design improvements, making the Punch in line with Tata’s latest design language. Expected changes include:

New Tata Punch Exterior

New front fascia with a bigger black grille and restyled bumpers. Split LED headlights with LED daytime running lights. New LED tail lights at the rear. New 16-inch alloy wheel designs. New dashboard layout. Enhanced infotainment system with a larger touchscreen display. Improved upholstery materials for a more premium feel.

New Tata Punch Performance

The facelifted Punch is likely to retain its current 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, delivering 84bhp and 113Nm of torque. Transmission options are expected to include both a 5-speed manual and an AMT gearbox.

Tata Motors has always highlighted safety features across the vehicle range. The current version of Punch holds a 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP, and the facelift version of Punch will also ensure that these high safety features are maintained. It can even introduce a few more advanced safety features that could protect occupants in the new design.

Tata Punch Facelift Launch date: Mid 2025 Expected date: Around September 2025.
Pricing is expected to begin around ₹6 lakh, so it should be competitive in the compact SUV space.
