This tremendous response clearly shows that Sierra still holds a special place in the hearts of Indian customers. The new Tata SUV was launched in India on November 25 and is priced between ₹11.49 lakh to ₹21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV is available in multiple variants with petrol and diesel engine options and falls above the Tata Curve in the company’s product portfolio.
The Tata Sierra’s boxy design is inspired by the original model, updated with modern styling elements. The front fascia features gloss-black accents that connect the LED headlights and daytime running lights to the Tata logo and Sierra badge, along with a skid plate and fog lamps on the bumper.
The Sierra is available with multiple powertrain options, including a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, a naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, which come with both manual and automatic transmissions. Higher variants come equipped with Level 2 ADAS, connected car technology, powered seats and a powered tailgate.
