How to make Tatkal Passport?

Application for Tatkal Passport can be made online or through the nearest Passport Seva Kendra. During application, there are separate fees for new passport, re-issue and passport of minors. Normally a fee of around Rs 3,500 is charged for a new Tatkal passport and around Rs 3,000 for minor applicants.

Required documents
