IND vs IRE: The Irish team has created a new history by defeating India in the second T20 International match. Ireland has defeated Team India for the first time in the T20I series. Ireland has won the 2 T20I series by 2-0. With this, a bad record has been added to the name of Team India’s new T20 captain Shreyas Iyer. Team India has faced defeat for the first time in the history of T20I under the captaincy of Iyer. In the second T20 match, the Indian team lost by just 1 run.

Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma out on zero

Team India, which set out to chase the target of 155 runs given by Ireland, had a very bad start. Jai Mundra dismissed both the Indian openers Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma in the very first over. After this, Harshit Rana was out after playing an innings of 21 runs in 10 balls. Whereas Arshdeep Singh scored 4 unbeaten runs and Prince Yadav scored 6 unbeaten runs, but could not lead the team to victory. Team India could score only 153 runs for 9 wickets and had to face defeat by just 1 run.

Shameful record added to Shreyas Iyer’s name

Shreyas Iyer has been made the captain of the Indian T20 team. This was Iyer’s first T20I series as captain. In such a situation, now a bad record has been added to Iyer’s name. Shreyas Iyer has now become the first Indian captain to lose the T20I series against Ireland. The Irish team had not managed to win a single T20I series against India before this series, but now the Irish team has defeated them in the series.

Ireland, after losing the toss and batting first, scored 154 runs for 8 wickets. Harry Tector played a brilliant half-century of 56 runs for Ireland. Whereas Benjamin Calitz contributed 37 runs. Prince Yadav took 3 wickets for Team India. While Shivam Dubey and Arshdeep Singh took 2-2 wickets.
