Champions Trophy 2025 News In Hindi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is all set to announce Team India for the ICC Champions Trophy on January 18. The squad will be announced during a press conference led by chairman of selectors Ajit Agarkar at 12:30 pm IST, where captain Rohit Sharma is also expected to be present. At the same time, the squad for the three-match ODI series against England will also be announced before this showpiece event.

In the Champions Trophy, India has been placed in Group A along with arch-rivals Pakistan, New Zealand and Bangladesh. The Indian team will play its first match against Bangladesh on 20 February and then face Pakistan on 23 February. India's last match of the group stage will be against New Zealand on March 2.
Team India will play all its matches at the Dubai International Stadium in Dubai. The tournament will begin on February 19 with the match between hosts Pakistan and New Zealand in Karachi. The first semi-final will be held on March 4 in Dubai while the second semi-final will be held on March 5 at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. The final will be held on March 8 and the venue will be decided after the first semi-final based on India's qualification. If India reaches the final then the final match will be held in Dubai or Lahore.
Meanwhile, all eyes will be on the selection of Jasprit Bumrah for the Champions Trophy, who suffered back spasms during the fifth and final Test against Australia in Sydney. Since then several reports have emerged about his injury. But captain Rohit and Agarkar are likely to give clarification on the matter during the press conference.
