- Foods rich in vitamin D: Foods like milk, eggs, fish are rich in vitamin D which helps in absorbing calcium.
What not to eat:
- Foods containing sugar: Sugar is very harmful for teeth. It promotes bacteria in the teeth and causes tooth decay.
- Citrus fruits: Citrus fruits like orange, lemon, grapefruit can weaken the tooth enamel and increase tingling.
- Hard and sticky food: Hard and sticky foods like popcorn, chips, caramel can damage teeth.
- Hot and cold drinks: Drinking very hot or cold drinks can increase tooth tingling.
- Coffee and tea: The acids in coffee and tea can weaken tooth enamel.
Other solutions:
- Brush your teeth regularly: Brush your teeth at least twice a day and floss daily.
- Rinse the mouth: After eating, rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash.
- Visit the dentist regularly: Visit a dentist once every six months.
- Reduce stress: Stress can cause teeth grinding, which can worsen teeth chattering.
