Sonu and Monu gang have been accused of this. After this firing, questions are being raised on the law and order situation of Bihar. Former Deputy CM and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has asked questions to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on this incident. The Chief Minister has recently released two dreaded criminals from jail with his signature, after coming out the criminals have become unruly.
