Big negligence in government school hostel! 10th class student paralyzed due to rat bite
Obnews Desk: Incidents of rat bites are being seen on school students in government hostels of Telangana. Recently, a case is very shocking when rats bit a student 15 times due to which she became paralyzed.
A Class 10 student at BC Welfare Hostel in Khammam's Danavaigudem has been bitten multiple times by rats. The student was bitten by rats 15 times from March to November and every time she was bitten she was given anti-rabies vaccine. Family members of student Lakshmi Bhavani alleged that due to this she became paralyzed. Now both the legs of the innocent girl are paralyzed.
BJP leader's attack on Congress government
According to a media report, on the instructions of former minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar, the student was taken to Mamata General Hospital in Khammam for free treatment. Doctors said that the student is currently recovering but she has developed neurological problems. Former minister and senior BRS MLA T Harish Rao has accused the Congress government of negligence towards students studying in government residential schools. He said that it is worrying that students who should have been studying in schools during the Congress rule are falling ill and going to hospital beds.
