Terrorism is a big obstacle in the development of the nation: Principal
Triveniganj, Supaul. An awareness seminar was organized on the occasion of Anti-Terrorism Day under the aegis of National Service Scheme (NSS) First, Second and Third Unit on Thursday in Anuplal Yadav College. The program was presided over by College Principal Dr. Hemant Kumar, while NSS Program Officer cum District Nodal Officer Prof. Vidyanand Yadav did it.
On the occasion, Principal Dr. Hemant Kumar said that terrorism is one of the biggest obstacles in the development of the nation. Due to this, an atmosphere of fear and instability is created in the society. He said that the purpose of celebrating Anti-Terrorism Day on May 21 every year is to make people aware of the ill effects of terrorism and to spread the message of peace, non-violence and national unity.
NSS Program Officer Prof. Vidyanand Yadav said that India is a country of diversity, where people of different castes, religions and sects live. Due to mutual inequality and wrong mentality, tendencies like terrorism arise. He said that terrorism has no religion, it is only a terrible form of distorted mentality. It is necessary to be aware of terrorism for the development of society and nation.
In the program Prof. Arun Kumar, Prof. Devnarayan Yadav, Prof. Tarun Kumar Singh, Dr. Rambha Kumari, Prof. Vinod Kumar Vimal, Prof. Rajkumar Yadav, Prof. Kulanand Yadav, Prof. Arun Kumar Yadav, Prof. Surendra Kumar Suman, Prof. Sadanand Prasad Yadav, Prof. Kumari Poonam, Prof. Many teachers, non-teaching staff and volunteers of the college including Shambhu Yadav were present.
