Jammu and Kashmir: Terrorist attack on army vehicle in Gulmarg near LOC, 1 porter killed; 4 soldiers injured

Srinagar: Terrorists have once again targeted an army vehicle in Jammu and Kashmir. On Thursday, terrorists attacked an army vehicle near LOC in Gulmarg, Baramulla. In this attack, one porter was killed and 4 army soldiers were injured. After the attack, the army has increased vigil in the area. The search for terrorists is going on by the security forces.

According to the information, the vehicle of 18 Rashtriya Rifles was moving when suddenly the terrorists started firing. In which the porter who was helping the army died. Apart from this, the four soldiers injured in the attack have been admitted to the Base Hospital in Srinagar for treatment. There is a possibility that terrorists may have infiltrated from LOC in Bota Pathri sector of North Kashmir.

Second terrorist attack in a day

This is the second attack by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir within a day. Earlier in the morning, a laborer was shot at by terrorists in Batgund of Pulwama district. The laborer has been identified as Shubham Kumar, a resident of Uttar Pradesh. Who is undergoing treatment in the hospital. In the morning itself, the body of a non-Kashmiri youth was found in Ganbagh area of ​​Srinagar. According to the police, the deceased was MD Jahud, a resident of West Bengal.

TRF took responsibility for the attack in Ganderbal

Terrorists are repeatedly changing the pattern of attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. Earlier, there was a major terrorist attack in Ganderbal district. In which 7 people died. The attack took place in the evening near an under-construction tunnel in Sonamarg, Ganderbal. Five people killed in this attack were non-locals, including two officials and three workers. Apart from these, a local doctor was also killed in the attack. The responsibility of this attack was taken by a terrorist organization called TRF.
