Jammu: A terrorist hideout was busted in a forward village in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday, leading to recovery of some ammunition, officials said.

The hideout was unearthed during a joint search operation by police, Central Reserve Police Force and Army in Sawjian sector of Mandi, the officials said. They said 246 rounds of General Purpose Machine Gun were recovered from the hideout, which was subsequently destroyed. No one was arrested in connection with the recovery, they added.
