This year’s Tet culinary highlight is Goi Phat Tai (Yusheng) made with salmon, a symbolic dish associated with prosperity and good fortune, making it a key feature of the spring celebration.

In addition, Barson Cocktail Bar & Lounge will usher in the new year with Episode 6 of its “Nights of the Best” series, featuring guest bartenders from Asia’s 50 Best Bars. The initiative has helped Barson earn recognition such as Tatler’s Top 20 Best Bars and a place on Men’s Folio’s DrinkIn Hot List.
