Group B includes Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Titans, Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants. Meanwhile, ahead of the Indian Premier League, the Board of Control for Cricket in India has made four major changes to the competition. The board had organized a meeting with the captain, coaches and managers yesterday.

In the meeting, bowlers have been allowed to use red to make the ball shine. The use of red was banned during the Covid pandemic. Additionally, to address the challenges posed by fog in evening matches, the team bowling second will have the option to change the ball after the 10th over. The umpire can also decide to change the ball after 10 overs.
