On the auspicious occasion of the BJP Foundation DayPrime Minister Narendra Modi addressed party workers across the nation with a powerful vision for the future. Marking the party’s journey from its humble beginnings to becoming the world’s largest political organization, PM Modi laid out a clear roadmap. He emphasized two core focus areas that will define the party’s trajectory as it moves toward the next decade of governance.
1. ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047: The Ultimate Goal
The Prime Minister’s first major directive is the unwavering commitment to a Developed India (Developed India). He urged every member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to move beyond immediate electoral gains and focus on the long-term national interest.
Sashakt Yuva & Nari Shakti: PM Modi highlighted that the dream of 2047 can only be realized by empowering the youth and women of the country.
Saturation of Schemes: He instructed workers to ensure that 100% of government benefits reach the intended beneficiaries without any leakage, reinforcing the “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” philosophy.
2. Pro-Active Outreach: Connecting with Every Citizen
The second pillar of PM Modi’s address was ‘Jan Sampark’ (People’s Connection). He stressed that a political party must function as a bridge between the government and the common man, especially those at the bottom of the pyramid.
Booth-Level Strengthening: The PM emphasized that the real strength of the BJP lies in its “Panna Pramukhs” and booth-level workers. He asked them to be present in the lives of citizens not just during elections, but throughout the year.
Combating Misinformation: In the digital age, he tasked the karyakartas with the responsibility of spreading factual information about national progress and countering negative narratives with developmental truths.

While looking forward, the Prime Minister also took a moment to pay tribute to the stalwarts like Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He noted that the BJP’s rise from winning just two seats in 1984 to its current dominant position is a result of decades of “Tapasya” (sacrifice) by millions of workers who put the nation first.
