Its story revolves around a brave Indian spy who secretly infiltrates the crime and political underworld of Karachi, Pakistan. The specialty of the film is that it beautifully weaves together real events related to geopolitical tensions such as the 1999 IC-814 hijacking, the 2001 Indian Parliament attack, the 2008 Mumbai attacks and Operation Lyari. **Dhurandhar** created a new history at the box office by earning a grand total of over ₹1300 crore globally.
