Amidst the controversy, a shocking information has also come to light that some leaders have also issued a notice regarding a new name. The name of this new possible party is being said to be ‘Goa Congress Party’. This step is clearly indicating that a major split in the party can happen at any time. On the other hand, Congress has blamed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for this entire rebellion and the broken conspiracy.
Budget of Rs 100 crore and ‘Mission Cellset’, Congress made serious allegations against BJP
Amidst this entire controversy, a big statement has been issued by Goa Congress. The statement said that Girish Chudankar had already warned that BJP was planning to form a new secular party in Selcet area, whose total budget is around Rs 100 crore. Congress alleges that the only purpose of forming this new party is to divide the secular votes of Congress.
Making a scathing attack, Chudankar said that these are not real political parties, but are proxy groups created by the BJP on the basis of money. They are visible only for a few days and disappear as soon as the elections are over, just like the parties before them had disappeared.

Taking the name of a BJP leader in this matter, Chudankar said that Vikas Prabhudesai has openly revealed BJP’s ‘Mission Cellset’. Despite this, BJP has maintained complete silence on this entire issue. Neither any denial nor any clarification was given from their side. According to Chudankar, this silence of BJP is their biggest confession. He further said that the people of Goa know these petty activities very well. BJP’s efforts to break the secular vote with the help of money, power and proxy parties are no longer a secret and the people of Goa have made up their mind for change this time.

Just two days after the high command’s decision to retain Amarinder Singh Raja Wadding as Punjab Congress president, Congress leader and Jalandhar MP Charanjit Singh Channi has called a large meeting of supporters at his residence on Friday.
