Priyank Kharge further said that the most important among all this was the reaction, smile and silence of the Chair. No reprimand, no accountability. Neither respect for Parliament nor the Constitution. Kharge accused the BJP-RSS of turning democracy into just a farce. He said that BJP-RSS have transformed our democratic institutions from serious to a joke.

Heated debate between Amit Shah and Rahul in Parliament

Let us tell you that this controversy started in Parliament on December 10, when the debate between Home Minister Amit Shah and Opposition leader Rahul Gandhi regarding ‘vote theft’ became heated. Rahul Gandhi continuously challenged Shah to debate the issues raised in the press conference. Whereas Amit Shah said that Parliament will not run as per his wish. Shah also emphasized that he will answer all the questions in his own order.

Amit Shah had targeted the opposition

During this, Amit Shah also targeted the opposition fiercely. Shah said that he is opposing the Voter List Reform (SIR) process. This is the same process by which the voter list is corrected. The opposition is opposing it, but their defeat is certain. Double standards towards the Election Commission will not work.

Rahul Gandhi had retaliated like this

However, Rahul Gandhi blocked the Home Minister’s reply and challenged him for a debate on the allegations of ‘vote theft’ raised in three press conferences. He said that I asked why full security was given to the Election Commission. Amit Shah is only giving the example of Haryana, whereas there are cases of 19 lakh fake voters. Let’s debate my three press conferences.
