The bus stop could not be renovated even during the second term of MLA Koraon.

Koraon Prayagraj. In the Dakshinachal of Prayagraj district, where there is Maihar temple in Madhya Pradesh, pilgrims used to go for the darshan of Mata Rani. Similarly, buses from Korav Transport used to be available from time to time for Vindhyachal Varanasi and Mirzapur Fatehpur Faizabad including Kanpur Lucknow. But for the last 10 years, government buses from Korav Transport are completely absent.

While the current MLA Rajmani Kol is the MLA for the second consecutive term. Sometimes he used to say that he will soon provide facilities by talking to the Transport Minister and sometimes he used to promise to bring the problem to the notice of the Chief Minister. Time passed but the promise remained unfulfilled. Today the situation is such that the Korav depot which was operational in 1959 has turned into a completely dilapidated building which can be razed to the ground any time.

The people of Koraon were confident that the MLA would soon strengthen the system of running government buses for transportation, but their belief was also completely shattered. Now it remains to be seen whether government buses will be made available from Koraon for traveling to religious places on the holy festival of Navratri. Since the Chief Minister is talking about expanding the number of trains for the pilgrims across the country, but what will be done in the places where there is not even a single bus, only time will tell.
