The report said that there was a huge security lapse in keeping the paper from the printing press to the Ranchi Treasury. While unloading the papers from the truck and keeping them in the treasury, the employees and laborers who were deployed had mobile phones with them. Everyone's mobile phones went inside the treasury, where even CCTV cameras were not installed. A daily newspaper has made big revelations regarding the paper leak.

He told the SIT that Tanmay had asked him to prepare 100 questions in three sets for the CGL exam in November 2023. Refusing to give any letter, he sent the syllabus on mobile. After a month, he prepared the paper and sent it to Tanmay in an envelope on which there was neither any seal nor any signature. After a few days, he again sent the paper and asked for improvements. In the examination paper given on January 28, most of the questions were prepared by him.

The court has directed the police to register an FIR in this matter and submit a report.
