Let us tell you that in the Unnao rape case of Uttar Pradesh, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has given big relief to the police officers made accused in the Kuldeep Singh Sengar case. The court has acquitted three police officers due to lack of evidence. These included the then CO of Safipur Kunwar Bahadur Singh, the then Makhi police station in-charge Dharam Prakash Shukla and Sub Inspector Digvijay Singh. The first complaint was lodged on August 17, 2017. The court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Mayank Goyal of Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court said in its order that the victim had first filed a complaint on IGRS on August 17, 2017. Before this he did not give any complaint letter to any police station. This complaint was sent by the administration to the police for investigation report, which makes it clear that the allegation of deliberately not registering the case against the police officers is wrong.
