Kanpur. A big order of the court has come in the famous Lamborghini car accident that took place in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Suraj Mishra has ordered the release of Lamborghini, a car worth crores. The court has also set many conditions for this. The court clearly said that the vehicle owner will have to deposit a security amount of Rs 8 crore thirty lakh to take the car. Along with this, the vehicle owner will also have to file a written undertaking. The court clearly said that during the hearing of the case, neither the car can be sold nor any change will be made in its color, engine, chassis or any other part. The vehicle owner had obtained the release order of the car. After this the car has been formally released.

Shivam Mishra’s advocate Sunil Kumar had filed an application in the court. On this, the CJM court had called for an objection report from the police. Along with this, mechanical inspection report of the car was also sought from technical experts. After considering all the facts, the court said that the necessary formalities for investigation have been completed and the car can be released with conditions. Let us tell you that on February 8, Shivam Mishra, son of tobacco businessman KK Mishra, was going in his Lamborghini car. Meanwhile, Taufiq Ahmed, a resident of Chamanganj, who was crossing the road near Bhairoghat intersection in his car, was hit by the car and was seriously injured. The injured was immediately admitted to the hospital for treatment. In this case, accused driver Shivam Mishra was granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 20,000.
