The danger of Indians is increasing? Cognizant on Trump’s ‘suspect’ list in H1B corruption!

Donald Trump administration increased the danger of Indians working in the United States! It is known that the investigation of many complaints related to H1B visa irregularities has started simultaneously. Initially, the name of the American information technology company Cognizant is coming up in that investigation. Many Indians are associated with this organization. It is estimated that at least 27 thousand Indians work in various offices of Cognizant in the US. This time the Trump administration can increase their danger.

Anthony D’Esposito, a U.S. Department of Labor official, said dozens of subpoenas have already been issued for H-1B visa irregularities. According to the investigators, several well-known American companies have illegally processed H1B visas. Cognizant is one of them. However, the Trump administration is not holding this company guilty right now. However, these companies are under the watch of the investigators. According to Anthony, the number of criminals in the US is increasing as a result of visa irregularities.

Trump has been planning to crack down on H1B visas for a long time in order to make the country crime-free. In September last year, the price of H1B visa was increased to 1 lakh dollars. Which is more than 95 lakh rupees in Indian figures! However, the fee was recently canceled by the US court. Such fees are actually tax. It requires the approval of the US Congress to be implemented. Trump didn’t take it. He took this decision without legal action. As a result, this fee has been canceled, the court said in a 42-page judgment.

It should be noted that this special class of visa is very popular among Indians in terms of working in America. Following the rules of H-OneB visa, famous companies in America have worked on various projects by bringing foreign nationals as well as skilled workers and technicians to their country for many years. So this time no more fees, the US administration is finding irregularities in H1B visas. However, nothing is yet known about who received the summons, who or the accused.
