The decision on the application of the Muslim side in the High Court in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute was reserved…

)Prayagraj: The court has reserved its decision on the application to withdraw the High Court's order to hear all the civil suits together in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah dispute case. The hearing on this application filed by the Muslim side was completed on Wednesday. The Muslim side said that the reliefs sought in all the 15 suits are different and unequal, hence it is wrong to hear them together. Justice Mayank Kumar Jain is hearing the case. The court had ordered to hear all the 15 civil suits filed in the Sri Krishna land and Idgah dispute together.

After this, while hearing the maintainability of the suit, the court found the suit worthy of being heard. After this, the Muslim side requested to hear the application for recall of the order to hear all the civil suits together. On Wednesday, Tasneem Ahmadi argued through video conferencing on the recall application from the Muslim side. He said that the prayers in all the suits that have been filed are different.

There is no similarity between them. Therefore they should not be heard together. The order to combine all the suits is not maintainable, because consent has not been taken from all the parties. He prayed the court to withdraw the order to hear all the cases together. On behalf of the Hindu side, advocate Satyabir Singh argued that the legislature has given the court the discretion to hear two or more suits by consolidating them. Under this, the court decided to hear similar cases together and the hearing started. At that time the Muslim side did not debate its objection. Rather, emphasis was placed on the maintainability of the suit. This proves that there was tacit approval of the defendant. Now the objection of the Muslim side is not correct at this stage of the case. After hearing both the sides, the court has reserved the decision.
