The District Magistrate himself reached the spot and got the measurement of land dispute received on CM portal.

Mirzapur. Taking serious note, District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan has directed the officers for quick, quality and satisfactory disposal of public problems/complaints through CM Portal, District Magistrate Janata Darshan, IGRS, Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas and other means. He has said that in cases related to land disputes, officers themselves should reach the spot and ensure their disposal with complete impartiality. In continuation of the above, taking the complaint received on the CM portal seriously, District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan today herself reached village Kurkuthia Dubey of Tehsil Sadar and got the entire land demarcated/measured by the Accountant and Revenue Inspector in the presence of both the parties and got it resolved.

In Kurkuthia Dubey, the District Magistrate stood for more than two hours and got the entire land measured in front of him with a string and tape and after the measurement, got the stone also buried in front of him and got the complaint resolved. On this occasion, while giving instructions to remove illegal encroachment by measuring the chakroad in the village, the District Magistrate asked the Sub-District Magistrate to come again tomorrow with the entire team and get the chakroad measured and ensure the disposal of the chakroad and other disputed lands.

As per the above mentioned complaint letter, as per the instructions of the District Magistrate, it was said that the disposal of measurement tax should be done by the concerned Accountant and Revenue personnel, but due to lack of satisfactory disposal, a complaint was made again by one of the parties. On the arrival of the District Magistrate, it was found that It was learned that earlier correct measurement/measurement was not done by the Lekhpal due to which a situation of dispute had arisen between two parties in the village. The District Magistrate directed the Deputy District Magistrate Sadar to take strict action against the concerned Lekhpal for negligence and wrong measurement. He said that strictest action will be taken against those who make false allegations in any public complaint.
