ED raids the house of UP’s famous YouTuber Anurag Dwivedi, finds cars worth crores like Lamborghini and BMW
New Delhi. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has raided the house of Anurag Dwivedi, a famous YouTuber, in UP. Many high-end luxury cars have been recovered in the raid. The social media influencer is accused of earning huge money illegally through online betting and gambling apps. The investigating agency is now investigating the source of this money and the network of money laundering.

Earning crores from betting apps
A large part of Anurag Dwivedi’s earnings came from gambling apps. Betting through these apps is considered illegal in India. Officials said that an attempt was made to legalize the illegal profits earned from these apps through money laundering. And with the same money these expensive luxury cars were purchased.
These luxury cars were found in the garage
The list of vehicles found by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the YouTuber’s garage is shocking. Lamborghini Urus SE, BMW Z4, Mercedes-Benz Sedan, Ford Endeavour, Mahindra Thar vehicles are found in the list.

Price and features of vehicles
Lamborghini Urus: This is the most expensive car recovered. It was priced at around Rs 3 crore (ex-showroom) at the time of launch in India. It is known for its sporty performance and off-road capability. It has a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, which generates 650 hp power and 850 Nm torque.
BMW Z4: This is the second most expensive car in the list. Its starting price in India is Rs 87.90 lakh (ex-showroom). It is a convertible car with a 3.0-litre twin-turbo inline-six cylinder engine, which produces 340 hp.
Action under PMLA
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken this action under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). During the raid at the Unnao residence, it was revealed that an attempt was made to hide the property acquired from illegal money and make it look legitimate. Anurag Dwivedi used to advertise betting and gambling apps through his YouTube channel. Due to this, a large number of people registered on these apps, due to which the scope of illegal activities increased further.
