The future of the country depends on the manufacturing and achievements of IFFCO organization.-KJ Patel.

KJ Patel, the newly appointed Managing Director of IFFCO organization, has said that IFFCO organization is such an organization on whose manufacturing and achievements the future of the country depends. Because this institution rests on the trust of 5 crore farmers and solves the problem of fertilizer and production for most of the farmers.

Shri Patel had come to inspect IFFCO Phulpur for the first time after assuming the charge of Managing Director. During his two-day visit, he appeared very happy after inspecting each plant and seeing the work culture of the employees and officers here.

Addressing a cultural function organized to welcome him, Shri Patel said that when I came to IFFCO Phulpur unit, I experienced enthusiasm in the eyes of every employee and a smile on the face. Which shows the work culture and enthusiasm here. He said that IFFCO is not an organization but a family which is not run like a business but is run like a family with a spirit of cooperation. That is why it always kept moving forward.

He told that when he was holding a review meeting of the plant, he was very impressed by the enthusiasm of the young technical staff, whereas since the first unit of Phulpur is 50 years old, it seemed that the number of experienced and old people here would have become negligible and even if some plan is made to increase it further, then where will the skilled people be found?

But I was happy to see that the power and eagerness of the youth here to work is very good due to which no one can make this plant old. He said that the maintenance here looked so beautiful as if someone decorates his house. This proves that the team spirit and working environment here is of very good quality.

Shri Patel said that it is the instruction of the Government of India that no fertilizer plant should be closed for a single day till 31st March so that the farmers do not face the problem of fertilizer. There were some interruptions here, but the leadership and management here assured that we will make up for the interruptions by completing the target given by March 31, which made them very happy.

Shri Patel said that the role of the union in the employees union office here seemed very high. I felt proud of that. When I went on his invitation, I had in my mind that someone would tell his problems and make some demands, but the way the officers and employees here praised the improvement of the plant and the work culture here, I was very impressed and I believed that the employees here have very high and wonderful thoughts. Similarly, the officers in the association here also made me uneasy that whatever steps the management will take for the betterment of the organization, they will stand shoulder to shoulder and will not step back.

Describing his visit as a very important one, Shri Patel said that I am so impressed with the behavior and welcoming spirit of the Management Employees Union Officers Association here that I would like to come to Phulpur again and again. On coming here, I got a lot of energy and satisfaction that the future of our organization is very bright.

He assured that the President of our organization and all the board members want that the future of our employees should be bright and whatever organization deems necessary for the happiness of their families, they will take care of their interests. There can be no difficulty from anywhere.
