New Delhi: An incident of gang rape has taken place in Purnia, Bihar, about 1300 kilometers away from Delhi, which will give you goosebumps. Six criminals forcibly dragged an innocent girl into a car, took her 25 kilometers away, held her hostage and then gang-raped her.
The girl kept screaming and shouting, but neither did anyone help her nor did the poor people feel pity on her. The girl whose dream was only to give a better life to her family, her life was turned into hell by the poor people. Now the victim is admitted in the hospital in critical condition and is fighting for her life.
First kidnapped, then forced to drink alcohol
The brutes treated that girl in such an inhumane manner that even humanity would be put to shame. The victim used to work in an orchestra to feed her family. She dreamed and struggled in search of a better life, but some villains made her life hell. Half a dozen young men first kidnapped the girl who worked in the orchestra, then forced her to drink alcohol and kept brutalizing her throughout the night. At present the girl is fighting for her life in the Medical College Hospital, Purnia.
The information that has come to light related to this incident is even more shocking. According to the police, the victim was returning to her home on foot from Newlal Chowk in Purnia. Meanwhile, six youths traveling in a car stopped him on the way. When the girl protested, the accused forcibly pulled her into the car and pressed her mouth to prevent her from making any noise. After this the accused took him to a room in Jaya Traders located at Bariyar Chowk, where he was taken hostage.
Police saved the victim’s life by breaking the door
There the girl was forced to drink liquor and in an intoxicated state, six accused took turns to gang-rape her. The victim showed amazing courage even in this terrible situation. When the main accused Mohammad Junaid fell asleep in an intoxicated state, the victim gathered courage and called dial 112 from her mobile phone and informed the police about her location.
As soon as the information was received, the police patrol team of Dagrua police station became active and reached Jaya Traders based on the location. Seeing that the room was locked, the police broke the door and were shocked to see the scene inside. The victim was lying in a delirious state, while the main accused was sleeping nearby in an inebriated state. Police have arrested Mohammad Junaid from the spot.
One accused arrested, search for the rest
SI Purnima Kumari of Dagrua police station confirmed the incident and said that it is a case of gang rape. One accused has been arrested, while the other five are being identified. A special raid team has been formed for his arrest.
