Government should take the fire in Maha Kumbh Mela seriously and ensure that such accidents do not happen again: Akhilesh Yadav

Lucknow. Samajwadi Party national president and MP Akhilesh Yadav shared the video of the fire in the Maha Kumbh Mela area and wrote that serious cognizance should be taken immediately of the fire in the Maha Kumbh Mela and such incidents should not be repeated in the future. It should be ensured that accidents do not occur.

Akhilesh Yadav said that giving more importance to the VIPs than the pilgrims, due to closure of all the roads leading to the Sangam, the devotees have to walk for miles to reach the Mahakumbh complex. Due to this, the elderly, children and women are facing extreme inconvenience, suffering and fatigue. There is a jam-like situation everywhere. The jam should be cleared immediately. There should be no one more important than a true devotee. The traffic system should be such that everything runs smoothly and parallel, roads should not be closed for anyone. When very special guests arrive, the transportation should be even more easy and convenient, so that it appears that the arrangements get better with the arrival of special people.
