I have also come forward. Here a 70 year old man has applied to the administration to become a groom and a 62 year old woman to become a bride.

Actually, 70 year old K Tank Daniel and 62 year old Annamma Joseph, who were living alone in their old age, decided to support each other. Now they are also going to give a name to their relationship. Both of them, in the presence of their lawyers, reached the Collectorate office and submitted an application to the Deputy Collector for tying the knot under the Special Disputes Act.
70 year old K Tank Daniel lives in Jamguda, Jagdalpur. He also has two children. Children are now busy in their lives.

Met on matrimonial site

Just a few months ago, Tank Daniel met 62 year old Annamma Joseph through a matrimonial site. After their conversation, Annamma Joseph came to Jagdalpur to meet Tank Daniel from Kerala. Here both of them talked and then decided to break the barriers of age and get married.

Annama Joseph has 3 children from her first marriage

Annama Joseph tells that she has three children from her first marriage. The children are married. She had divorced her alcoholic husband, after which she was living her life alone. Both of them informed their respective children before taking the decision of marriage. The children also welcomed the decision of both of them to be each other’s support at this age, after which they came to apply for marriage through a lawyer. At present their application is pending with the Deputy Collector.
