Rashid Naseem, the main accused of Shine City scam, arrested from Dubai, big action by Dubai Police on the request of ED-EOW.

Lucknow. The main accused of Shine City Scam was caught in Dubai. Police have registered about 554 FIRs against Rashid Naseem and his companies. It is alleged that people were defrauded to the tune of Rs 800 to 1000 crore in the name of investment. Money was extorted from people by promising attractive returns and then in 2019, Rashid Naseem fled the country to Dubai. He was caught by Dubai Police on the extradition request of ED-EOW.
