Salman Khan’s film will no longer be released under the name ‘Battle of Galwan’. The makers have also announced the new name of the film.

The film’s lead actor and producer Salman Khan shared a new poster with the new name of the film on Monday. In the poster, Salman Khan is seen in army uniform. Salman Khan’s eyes are visible in the intense look, in which anger and enthusiasm are visible.

Salman has blood on his face and is seen holding a stick tied with a thick chain. Soldiers are seen behind them during the war in the background. After sharing this poster, the makers have also revealed the new name of the film. Now this film will be released in the name of ‘Mathrubhoomi: May War Rest in Peace’.

‘Battle of Galwan’ was to be released in theaters on April 17, but now the release date of the film is not visible anywhere in the name change post shared by Salman Khan. Neither 17 April or any other release date is visible anywhere on the poster of the film nor in the caption. After this, the question also arises whether the release date of the film has also been extended?

‘Mathrubhoomi’ is directed by Apoorva Lakhia. Whereas the film has been produced under the banner of Salman Khan Films. Chitrangada Singh will also be seen in the lead role along with Salman Khan in the film. Apart from this, Govinda is also likely to be seen in the film. This film is said to be based on the clash between Indian and Chinese soldiers in Galwan Valley during 2020.
