The company has launched this new smartphone as the fifth model of its Edge 70 lineup. The device has been launched in India in three Pantone-curated color options.

Motorola Edge 70 Max Price and Availability
The new smartphone has been launched by the company in two RAM and storage variants namely 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB. The 8GB + 256GB base variant of the smartphone is priced at Rs 54,999. While the top end variant 12GB + 256GB is priced at Rs 59,999. The company will also give a special bank offer on the purchase of this smartphone. Customers will be offered an instant discount of up to Rs 5,000 on purchases made through selected bank credit cards. The sale of the smartphone will start from July 5 on Motorola’s online store. Motorola Edge 70 Max Specifications and Features

Talking about the features and specifications of the new smartphone, the Motorola Edge 70 Max sports a 6.8-inch QHD+ Extreme AMOLED display. Along with this, it also supports up to 144Hz refresh rate. The new smartphone also offers a peak brightness of up to 7,000 nits. The phone also features Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection and a ‘Water Touch’ feature for better touch response with wet hands.

The new device will get Android 16 based Halo UI. The device is claimed to offer up to 3 years of OS upgrades and up to five years of security updates. The phone will also get a 3nm octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. Along with this, this latest launch device also comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 4.1 onboard storage. The handset also features a vapor chamber cooling solution spread over a heat dissipation area of 5,500 sq.mm. The new smartphone has an IP68 + IP69 rating for protection against dust and water.

The phone will get a dual rear camera setup for photography. The phone will also get a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera with Sony LYT-710 sensor and optical image stabilization. The device features an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) ultrawide camera. This smartphone will get 119-degree field of view and autofocus. The smartphone has a 32-megapixel (f/2.2) front camera on the front for selfies and video calling.
