The noise of ‘Peace’ and ‘Ji Ram Ji’ echoed in the Parliament. What is going on behind these strange names? – ..

News India Live, Digital Desk: Winter session of Parliament is going on and although it is always hot there, but this time the matter is a little different. This time the debate is not on any scam, but on the ‘names’ of the bills kept by the government.

Modi government has brought two new bills in Parliament‘SHANTI’ (Peace) And ‘G-RAM G’ (जी-राम जी)Hearing the name, you too might be wondering whether this is some bhajan-kirtan or some government law? Let us tell you in simple language what is the whole matter and why Congress’s Jairam Ramesh enjoyed it,

1. ‘SHANTI’ BILL: Name is peace, work is private?
The government has brought a new bill for Nuclear Energy. He has named it: Sustainable Harnessing and Advancement of Nuclear Energy for Transforming India. Its short form is –SHANTI,

Now there is ‘peace’ in the name, but it has spread ‘disturbance’ in the Parliament.
Point in point: Actually, after passing this bill, private companies will enter the field of nuclear energy. Till now atom bomb or nuclear power was only under the control of the government. Congress leader Jairam Ramesh taunted, “In 2010, when we wanted to bring something like this, you (BJP) were opposing it by talking about ‘nationalism’. How has the same thing become ‘peace’ today?” He called this a U-turn of the government.

2. MNREGA now becomes ‘G-RAM G’: Where has Bapu gone?
Another uproar has arisen over a scheme considered to be the lifeline of village labourers. MGNREGA Regarding. The new bill that the government has brought to guarantee employment has been named Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission for Gramin. Its short form is –VB-G-RAM-G,

It sounds like ‘Ji-Ram Ji’.
What is the controversy? The biggest thing is that the name of ‘Mahatma Gandhi’ was added to the old name (MNREGA). The opposition alleges that Gandhiji has been cleverly disappeared under the new name and the tag of ‘Developed India’ has been imposed. Jairam Ramesh quipped, “Mahatma Gandhi is now the past, now is the era of ‘Ji-Ram’.”

“The name is big and the philosophy is small?”
Jairam Ramesh, known for his wit, gave a class on government. He said, “It seems that the entire focus of this government is only on creating cute acronyms (short forms). First the name is thought of so that it becomes a headline, then later the policy is filled in it.” He named it “Pokronyms”.

What does it mean for the general public (you)?
Politics has its place, but we have to understand what effect these bills will have on us:

  1. Electrical issue: If nuclear power is produced through ‘SHANTI’ bill, then it is possible that we will get clean energy in the coming years, but there will be questions on the security of private companies.
  2. employment: Whether the name is ‘Ji-Ram’ or MNREGA, what matters to the village poor is whether he will get 100 days’ work or not and whether the money will come on time or not.

At present, ‘Hey Ram’ and ‘Ji-Ram’ are being played in the Parliament. What do you think? Does changing the names of schemes change the fate of the country? Please consider your opinion!
