Before IPL 2026, another bad news has come out for Sunrisers Hyderabad. The team’s star Australian all-rounder Jack Edwards is out of the entire tournament due to injury. According to reports, Edwards suffered a hamstring injury during a match in Australia’s domestic tournament Sheffield Shield. After suffering an injury on the field, he was sent for a scan, where the medical team advised him to rest and undergo rehabilitation.
Edwards may not have played many matches at the international level, but considering his all-round ability, the team bought him for Rs 3 crore. So far, he has scored 853 runs in 77 T20 matches and has also taken 52 wickets, which clearly shows his usefulness.

Earlier, Chennai Super Kings suffered a setback when their fast bowler Nathan Ellis was out of the entire season due to injury.
