In the midst of all this, several media reported that there was a problem in the waste disposal system of the toilet of ‘Gerald Ford’. Reports by international media outlets NPR and the Wall Street Journal claimed that the ship’s sewage system was in poor condition. Sewage drains were getting blocked again and again. The vacuum system was so complex that it was impossible to fix it in any way. All in all the suffering was extreme.
