It is estimated that Hamas, which has been occupying the area for so long, may be ousted from here. Queues of people stand in the voting line. The Palestinian Election Commission is encouraging people to vote everywhere, including in Ramallah. There are 70,000 voters in Deir al-Balah, Gaza. Besides, there are 10 lakh voters in West Bank.

Voting is taking place mainly in the West Bank, but Deir al-Balah, the only area of ​​Gaza that has been reduced to rubble, is less affected.

Note that Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023. About 700 people were killed and 200 were taken hostage in that attack. Israel launched a terrible attack on Gaza to take revenge for this incident. Due to which at least 50,000 people died. After that incident, the proletariat people were upset with Hamas.
