The woman accused the revenue officials of arbitrariness and bribery

Bighapur (Unnao).

A woman resident of Kumbhi village in Bighapur Tehsil area has written a letter to the District Magistrate accusing the Tehsil officials of arbitrarily stopping the construction work.

Kamala, wife of Rajesh, a resident of Kumbhi village of the tehsil area, submitted an application to the District Magistrate alleging that her husband had purchased a residential plot in Kumbhi in 2012. Its mutation had also been done. Construction work was going on on the purchased land as the house was dilapidated. On August 28, the tehsil worker came and stopped the work. On August 29, Tehsildar Arsala Naaz also came to the construction site and said that the construction would be demolished with a bulldozer.

The tehsil employee accompanying her called her to the tehsil and demanded 30 thousand from her. The poor woman said that injustice is being done to her. Sub-district magistrate Kshitij Dwivedi said that the allegations of the woman are baseless. He said that the number on which the construction is being done is a mixed number and due to the lack of amendment in the share in the records, objections are being raised by the other share holders of the land. The matter is being investigated. Further action will be taken after the investigation. No one will be allowed to do injustice.
