He re-posted a post on social media platform Truth Social, which referred to the world’s vital sea route, the Strait of Hormuz, as the “Trump Strait”. This move has sparked a new debate at the international level.

The Strait of Hormuz is one of the world’s most important oil routes, passing through approximately 20% of the global oil supply.
