There is no crisis of petrol, diesel and LPG…CM Yogi gave these instructions to the officers

Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken a strict stance on the rumors being spread regarding the shortage of gas, diesel and petrol in Uttar Pradesh. In this regard, while giving instructions to the DMs and police officers of the districts, he said that action should be taken against those spreading rumors and black marketing regarding oil and gas. He said that black marketing of gas and oil will not be tolerated under any circumstances and those spreading rumors will not be spared.

Giving instructions, the Chief Minister said that social media should be monitored at the district level and monitoring of petrol and diesel pumps should be increased. The district administration and supply department have been asked to inspect gas agencies and shops. Besides, instructions have also been issued to take strict action against those storing gas illegally.

The Chief Minister has asked the district administration and police administration to work with mutual coordination. He instructed Divisional Commissioners, District Magistrates and Police Captains to monitor the supply system in their respective areas. If any complaint of shortage is received from any area, alternative arrangements should be made immediately. All senior government level officials including Additional Director General of Police (Zone), Police Commissioner and Senior Superintendent of Police were present in the meeting. The Chief Minister also asked the officials to ensure that long queues do not form at petrol pumps and the law and order situation remains normal.

In fact, amid the war between Iran-Israel and America, there has been shortage of diesel-petrol and gas at many places. Regarding this, the government said that there will be no problem of diesel, petrol and gas anywhere. An action plan is also being prepared by the government regarding this.
