There may be a rift in NDA, after Manjhi there are no chances of JDU-BJP alliance…
New Delhi:- Even before the assembly elections, cracks have started appearing in the NDA alliance. Yesterday, Union Minister and HAM Party President Jitan Ram Manjhi announced to contest the elections alone in Delhi, while now BJP seems to be in a mood to distance itself from Nitish Kumar's JDU. If reports are to be believed, BJP is not in favor of forming an alliance with JDU in the Delhi Assembly elections.
BJP does not want to form alliance with JDU
It is being said that the state unit of BJP does not want an alliance with JDU in the Delhi Assembly elections. For this he has also informed the high command. Delhi BJP wants to field grassroots workers as candidates. In such a situation, if an alliance is formed, their candidates will also have to be fielded. The state unit of Delhi has taken this decision in view of the results of the 2020 assembly elections.
Why does the state BJP not want to form an alliance?
In the last elections, BJP had given three assembly seats to JDU namely Seemapuri, Burari and Kirari and JDU had to face a crushing defeat on these three seats. AAP had won these three seats. However, the final decision in this matter has to be taken by the BJP high command. Till now JDU is of the mind to contest elections together with BJP. However, if BJP does not contest the elections together with JDU, then there may be chances of a rift in NDA.
HAM will contest assembly elections alone
On the other hand, yesterday Union Minister and HAM Party President Jitan Ram Manjhi has announced to contest the elections alone in Delhi. If reports are to be believed, HAM wanted to contest the next assembly elections in Delhi but due to lack of agreement with BJP, the party decided to contest the elections independently. In such a situation, if BJP does not listen to both the parties, then its effect can be seen in the elections.
